AFAIK there are no known or guaranteed free av antiviruses out there for servers..... yes there are for personal use and they work very fine too and we recommend them ourselves..... but in case of servers.... i dont think so that there is any "trusted" freeware av tool..... atleast not known by me :-?
As you're running an eval copy of server, hopefully a trial copy of one of these AV programs for windows 2000 server will suffice:

http://www.globalhauri.com
those are listed in the order I'd recommend for use of the full product.
