In traffic policy has MSN messenger that you can allow or deny follow IP, range IP you want, with yahoo, the port using from 5000 - 5500, i'm not sure exacly port.

I want add a list of company customers ids to MSN and Yahoo messengers. Please help me. I have pix firewall and windows 2000 domain.

Even if ISA2000 worked in this way (it doesn't) you are looking in the wrong place for control.
MS Exchange 2003 has a messenger system built into it that supports some of what you are looking for. There are other IM control vendors out there that will provide almost all the functionality you're looking for, but its not cheap.
