MS Exchange Server SMTP Problem

Hi Experts,

I have installed Exchange Server 2003 for the first time and managed to run OWA and also can receive emails from any where, but I still couldnt figure out that what steps should I take to setup my SMTP protocol so I can send emails from any email accounts where I am recieving emails?

You can configure an SMTP Connector to connect your Exchange Organization with the Internet or with another organization using SMTP as a transport protocol

I have done it already sir, what ever is explained at  http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Configuring-SMTP-Connector.html
. I am still not able to send any mail from OWA even though i can see and read my email coming from other doamins into my inbox.
Any Idea?
