Hello aahmed19
Yes this is very possible and is done all the time for Exchange 2003. Let me clarify this to make sure. If user1@domain.com is getting an email at that address but you want to also get email responses from user2@domain.com you want to do this without creating a new user on the active directory.
To do this:
Go to the Properties of the User in Active Directory --> Email Addresses (Tab) --> New (Button) -->Select "SMTP address" --> Enter Email address (user2@domain.com) --> Click Ok then Ok again.
Now this one user can recieve email addresses from either user1@domain.com or user2@domain.com. You can also create distribution groups if you plan on more then one person getting email from the same address.
Let me know if you have any questions. This is something that is done in Exchange quite often. No script is necessary. I don't remember exactly how it was done in Exchange 2000 but I remembered it to be the same. Unless mcsa_2003 can give any insite on checking the setttings that I described.

Next time if my answer needs clarification please let me know. I don't mind adding to my responses to help you out if necessary. Thanks for the points but it would of been great if I could of attempted to earn an "A" instead :D. I'm glad you got everything working. Maybe you might want to note what you did in case someone else has the same problem and is searching for the problem.
