i;m tasked to prep my site for a DOD audit/ inspection.
i've tacked most of the issued (the 560 hits) or at least have a certifiable reason for its appearance.
But i'm trying to revolve the last 2 and was hoping that one more experienced than i could help.
issue1 - when day light saving (04.02.06) rolled aroung the setting that should have updated the systems clock did not. will a battery resolve this?
issue2 - the cpu 's are ser up with the FSO as the administrator , and then power users, and users
the power user is given right to take logs, but i'd want to ensure there no user error in the log taking.
how can i disable the power user from clearing the log file?

What OS is running on the machine? If you look in Group Policy, you'll want to look at Manage Audit and Security Log.
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignments
