also try resetting windows firewall settings.

Try resetting the Windows Firewall by deleting the "WindowsFirewall" keys
Click Start, Run and type in;
regedit
press enter and navigate to the following locations:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE
exit regedit and restart.
