Is "winantispyware 2006" a spyware?

when I am starting my PC, I have a notification says "secutity warning: your computer is infected with harmful or unwanted software!" and when I open it leads me to:

the other thing my PC is attacked by ( Dialer.Trojan ) and ( Trojan.Dropper ) and the actions taken by norton 2005 are access denied and repair failed, later I scanned my computer many times by norton 2005 and ewido in normal mode and safe mode, and still no viruses found
I monitored startup items and I am suspecting with this sevice ( nwiz.exe /install ) , any one can help me what is service and how can I fix all other problems?
