Citrix not opening attachments with correct file associations

Hi There,

We recently installed a few citrix servers with a web interface, allowing clients to connect using their browser to access specific applications. I have come up with an issue with a user were her pdf attachements are being associated with word docs, then and there i could clearly see it was a file association issue but how do you change the file association when you dont have the file type option to make the change when you are on outlook.
I did take a look at the servers and alll the file associations were correct. Is there another way  to change this.
