How to disabled Password Complexity

Hello,
I am running Windows server 2008 in a test lab, using active directory services. I would like to disabled the Password Complexity settings, but I dont know how to do it. Can someone please help me? I know how to do it in the local security policy, but since I am running Active Directory, I have to do it from somewhere else.
