Windows 2003 - Security Question

I have a account on the domain that needs to act as a service account but it requires domain admin rights. Currently users are able to logon to anymachine with this account and be a domain admin. How can I restrict this? How can make this user account to become service account or give permission that no one can logon to any system using this account. Please help ASAPStart Free Trial
