Shareing is no longer avabile, has been replaced with Web Sharing tab?

I have a Windows server with 2003 installed. It is a file server and had files shared on it. I came in today and Sharing has been taken off all of the folders, now when i go to properties, I have a Web Sharing tab - I did not install anything - what is going on?

I got it - the Server service had crashed - net start server worked.
