Master Password

Is there a way to create a master password that will work on all accounts without changeing the user password.  I need to log in as the user and don't want to memorize 30 passwords.

Matter of fact now that I think about it. You should not have to get onto the users account for you can make changes on your Master Account "Admin Account" that effect all users.
