I can move my mouse but cannot click any icon after Windows startup.

I cannot click on anything on the desktop or even the start menu.  I cannot bring up the task manager to do a warm boot.  So I do a cold boot with the power button and press F8 to load up my last configuration so I can use my computer.  It used to happen every once in a while.  Now it happens almost everytime I boot up.Start Free Trial
