How do I fix One Step Update which continues to spin and does not update some accounts?

I am trying to get Quicken 2008 Deluxe One Step Update to work properly. It seems to lock up, continue spinning, and does not download the information. I have tried to reinstall without success. Windows Live One Care is my security but I think this is a Quicken problem. How do I fix this issue?Start Free Trial
