Device Lock Protction with Location Awareness

I am looking for a solution to Block USB inside office but allow outside, like Block CD writing inside office but allow it outside.  
I tried Sematic Endpoint Protestion 11 and Officescan Corporate 10. It has these features but no location awareness. Means it will be same inside office and outside office.
Please give me your values suggestions.

I'm no expert with AD here but you could configure two groups here:

Inside users  / outside users with needed permissions respectively.

Just to be sure, you don't have users that work inside and outside with a laptop and you don't want to allow usb usage for them in the building but allow it outside the building?

Hii.. Tolomir,
    I was reading about the product but I suspect it has location awreness. Means if I disable a Network card , it should only be disbled in office, but allow it outside office. I sit avilable in the product?
