SBS 2003 LAN became very slow. Some users may be spamming unwillingly.

Hi,

We have a SBS 2003 LAN with less than 10 PCs. Starting a few days ago, the PCs, the network access and the internet access became very slow. Some users have many emails saying "undeliverable" to email addresses (many to Rusia with Russian characters) for emails that they never sent.

We have a linksys BFSX41 router to a cable modem.

What can be done? I don't know where to start.
