How to configure ISA 2006 with single NIC to act as reverse proxy for Windows Sharepoint services 2.0

I have a setup in perimeter network. We have setup Extranet network linked to internal network. On this extranet network we have 4 servers behind firewall as shown in figure. I want to configure ISA 2006 on a server W 2k3 with SINGLE NIC. The sharepoint server in middle layer has WSS 2.0.
We have an application on WSS 2.0 which needs to be access from internally and externally. through a website: https://companyname.com
Currently all the servers are able to ping each other by ip only. I need suggestions from you experts:

1. When I ping from internet to this site I get a reply from ip say 192.75.161.21 which is linked to actual ip on ISA 2006 (single NIC).  How to configure ISA 2006 to work as REVERSE Proxy server with SINGLE NIC? Do I need to add loopback adaptor?
2. Also I need to generate the SSL certificate so I need to extract the information from ISA or WSS server?
