For the last few months, I have been getting "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook." on all new users. User before that have no problems. This does not effect any of the other office programs. Word and powerpoint run fine. I have given control everyone, domain users, and terminal users to the outlook.exe, the office 12 folder the office folder, and I still get the error. The only way to give a user access to outlook is to make them a local administrator or give them full control of the registry. Please help.
