Installing CA certificate

Asked by menendeza in Windows 2003 Server, Windows Network Security

I need to setup an IAS server to use RADIOUS authentication for a wireless access point that I'm installing. I understand that to use RADIOUS I need to have a CA server. We are a single domain network and we are adding some other services that eventually can benefit from using IAS. I want to make sure that I configure the CA server or the PKI structure correctly. I heard that is recommended to create your enterprise root CA on a machine that you can take offline and use enterprise subordinates. Can anyone give more light as how to properly setup this structure? I want to make sure I have this setup right. I also heard that is not the kind of setup where you could easily go back and do again. Any help is greatly appreciated.Start Free Trial
