I'm going out to a customer site where I need to reboot a Pix 501 or 506 device. &nbsp;How do I backup this device? &nbsp;From what I've been told it should be a matter of unplugging and pluggin the device and everything should be fine. &nbsp;I was also told to get into the PDM and do a print screen of all pages involved. &nbsp;<br />

Can someone point me in the correct direction? &nbsp;Would it be as simple as doing, if possible, a :<br />
