pix 506/PDM backup
Hello,
I'm going out to a customer site where I need to reboot a Pix 501 or 506 device. How do I backup this device? From what I've been told it should be a matter of unplugging and pluggin the device and everything should be fine. I was also told to get into the PDM and do a print screen of all pages involved.
Can someone point me in the correct direction? Would it be as simple as doing, if possible, a :
SH RUN
and then copying it to a notepad?
