if what you want is the entire session captured, then you might have to use an emulator like hyperterminal to capture the screen info to a text file.... &nbsp; &nbsp;I don't think the ASA has that functionality built in.... &nbsp; <br />

Agree with Mike - You would have to capture the text with hyperterminal or copy paste it from a putty session - though a tech-support output is quite long so hyperterminal is the quicker option.
