How do I configure Sonicwall firewall to work with Exchange?

Greetings, I have a server running SBS 2003 with two NIC's. WAN was connected directly to a DSL modem with a static IP provided by the ISP. The LAN adapter was connected directly to the switch with a static IP address. All connections were fine but no real security so I decided to install a Sonicwall TZ180 firewall. I was able to get it working and all is fine but I noticed that email clients are only able to send and not recieve. I created a rule to allow POP3 and SMTP as well as IMAP4 protocols but same issue. Has anyone run into this before? Thanks.
