My Internet connection and Outlook email access works, sometimes for 10 minutes, sometimes for a couple of hours, and then stops working on my #1 computer. It continues to work on my #2 even while the #1 connection is down. (I'm writing this from #2 because #1 connection is down again.) Hardwired LAN with a Linksys cable router.
I thought it might be Norton Systemworks causing the problem so I uninstalled it and re-installed ZoneAlarm. Same thing happened. I uninstalled ZoneAlarm and if I remember eorrectly it happened again while neither program was running, so it's probably not an anti-virus program.
