With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Zone Alarm version 7 blocking internet access after MS OS updates on 7/10/08

I have the free version of Zone Alarm installed.  Everything was working fine and I installed the latest updates to my XP Home OS.  Rebooted the machine and all of sudden no internet access.  Discovered that Zone Alarm was blocking it.  Had to adjust my Internet Zone Security to Medium instead of high to get back on the internet.

I tried the same thing on another XP home machine with Zone Alarm and the very same thing happen.

My gut tells me the MS update changed something that Zone alarm was needingStart Free Trial
