Add port 995 to Netscreen Firewall

I have an older, but functional Netscreen 5XT Firewall. Would someone be able to help me add port 995 to allow pop3 SSL. I just not sure where to start as the people that configured are no longer available.

I would assume I'm adding a UnTrust to Trust policy, but again, no firewall experience, so would greatly appreciate any help.

If someone can guide me though that would be most appreciated!!!
