SIC reset procedure on a Standalone NGX implementation

I am intended on reseting SIC operation on a standalone distribution (meaning a smartcenter and the FW module on same machine) distro, and after reading in Checkpoints secureKnowledge and documentation I have failed to find a comprehensive step by step instructions on how to do this right.

searched also different posts here but none have addressed this issue thoroughly.

please advise or redirect me to where i can find what i seek.

as of now i understand that in order to re-establish SIC trust i must destroy the internal CA and Appropriate Certs,
and on a LAB environment i have done so, but kinda stuck on the following procedure, i have found myself in a situation i have no SmartConmsole access and no idea how to regenerate the certificate.

now i have no problem re-installing but i'd rather have the knowledge to when i have no sush alternative.

any response is greatly appreciated,
