Checkpoint Smartview Tracker error message

When loading Smartview Tracker to view the firewall logs, an error box pops up immediately upon entry  the text displayed is An attempt was made to access Context-sensitive help for main menu and toolbar past its end. The default log does not load; however, you can use File -> Open -> fw.log to load it and the log displays and updates normally. This is under Checkpoint NGX version R54.

Any idea of what this error means and how to correct it, other than upgrading to a newer release such as R65?
