fw.exe take 100% cpu usage

Hi, since few weeks now, fw.exe take 100% of cpu usage on my windows NT4 server running Checkpoint firewall 4.1 software. When i kill the process, another fw.exe process with  different id take 100% cpu. During this, the server don't spool any mails.

Someone can help me?
