I have been using Linksys RV042 - it has better hardware then consumer routers.
And none of the Linksys "N" routers support creating site-to-site VPN - only pass-through.

This is for very little traffic. Static IP on both sides and only 1-2 computers on each side.
I like sonicwalls and I am familiar with the TZ190 but looking for a cheaper solution.
IS there a sonic wall router that is only around 100-150 bucks that can just perform a site-to-site for a small amount of data usage.

Any router running http://www.dd-wrt.com could do this.
I agree with maximus5328. I'm using several RV042's at several locations & they have been performing very well. I thought they were fairly easy to setup as well. Newegg has them for $129 now:

nappy_d is correct. dd-wrt is an excellent solution for small data transfer over vpn. if you want anything better, but cheaper i would recommend to use a windows server (routing and remote access)
in windows 2008 server there is a great option to run SSTP tunnels over ssl. keep in mind this requires a ssl certificate.
