Users disconnect through VPN fom Citrix applications

Tags: Citrix, Web Interface, Presentation server 4.5, Netscaler, 4.5
I have a major issue, were I get disconnected from my session remotely. I have netscale with VPN enabled. I checked the client settings and it is set for 30 minutes and it is the same for the Web Interface.
The firewall has port 1494 and 1604 enabled.
Any idea where i can start from?
Also what rule need to be setup on the firewall?
