Yes, I just upgraded it to os 6.35 using the tftp server. I would think it should still work.

Are you sure your tftp server is running, and that the pdm-304.bin file is in the tftp root directory? Don't forget the dash in the file name. Make sure the tftp server's firewall is turned off? -304.bin flash:pdm
