Yes, I just upgraded it to os 6.35 using the tftp server. I would think it should still work.

Can't install Pix PDM
I'm trying to install PDM 3.04 to a Pix 501 os 6.35 and each time I launch copy tftp flash:pdm, I get a time out during transfer. Anybody know what's wrong?

Are you sure your tftp server is running, and that the pdm-304.bin file is in the tftp root directory? Don't forget the dash in the file name. Make sure the tftp server's firewall is turned off?
