ASA "Outside interface traffic usage" is always at 100%, how can determine the cause

I am monitoring the ASA using ASDM 5.2 and have noticed that the "Outside interface traffic usage" is constantly at 100% which is also slowing down the internet connection.  How can I determine the cause or who is the cause of this amount of usage?
