I need to know if there is a seperate license for remote access vpn and lan to lan vpn on Cisco ASA.
I have CISCO ASA 5505 which has 50 license VPN ,when I configure it for remote access VPN ,the clients can connect to it but when I configure LAN to LAN VPN to connect to it through a router, and connect all the lan clients behind this router to the lan on head office it is not working.
Will someone please help me with that?

No, there is not a separate license for the different types of VPN connections. The ASA treats remote access VPN's the same as L2L VPN's as far as licensing goes.
There is no license on the ASA that restricts you to 50 concurrent VPN connections. You are probably talking about the 50 user license as it relates to the number of inside hosts that it will pass traffic for at a time.
I would say that you should troubleshoot the L2L from an ASA configuration perspective. Please post your running ASA configuration (sanitized, of course) and let's have a look.
