If you have command line (CLI) access to the firewall remotely, then the command is:
reload
If you have ASDM (GUI) access to the firewall remotely, then go to the "Tools" menu and choose "System Reload". From the next screen, choose the following options in the screenshot below.
If you're talking about some other way, please clarify.
