Incoming PPTP remote access through Cisco ASA 5505 - Revised

I am trying to allow access to a RRAS VPN connection on a Windows 2000 server, similar to the question i've linked this too. However, I do not have a route from the 5505 to the internal server setup. When I try to connect, it just sits and eventually times out with Error 800: Unable to establish VPN.

If I test this inside the firewall, the machines link up just fine so I know the problem lies with my configuration in my 5505.

The pertinent access lists are the following:

access-list acl_out extended permit gre interface outside host 192.168.1.4
access-list acl_out extended permit tcp interface outside host 192.168.1.4 eq pptp

I have put the following static route in:

static (inside,outside) tcp interface pptp 192.168.1.4 pptp netmask 255.255.255.255

This is pretty time sensitive for me, as I have two remote users right now, one in Mexico and another in New York that cannot connect. Any help would be appreciated.
