Configuring and DMZ on a PIX 515e Firewall

Hello All,
Im new to the Cisco PIX world and my first task with a new company was to address a connectivity issue (from the internal network and internet) to a web server behind a DMZ on a PIX 515E.  Ive basically used the Cisco PIX 515 (pages 6-16:) quick start guide to set it up via PDM.  However I still cant connect both from the inside and out.  Below is the config&I appreciate any insight on this matter&
