PIX issue With GRE

There is a server on our network trying to establish a pptp connection
this is the error
regular translation creation failed for protocol 47 src inside:10.168.4.84 dst outside:M.T.236.131
PIX error COde 305006

in real time log viewer i notice the Destination Ip is blank and the source has the Public address from which the servers trying to establish the connection

any ideas

i tried creating a static protocol NAT with 47
