Best Cisco setup to create VPN between 2 remote office and the main office

I want to create 2 vpn's from our remote offices to the main office,

i would like to know a Set up ie. which router to buy for the main office and what routers i need at the remote sites (and i can use exsiting routers "Netgear" )

the remote offices have 3-5 people working there so the traffic would not be high but may get busier in the future
