The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? workstations connect to asa not getting to internet

I installed an ASA quickly for a customer. I am not an ASA person.  Currenlty the firewall can ping public ip's and the workstation can ping the firewall.  The problem is the workstations can not ping publick ip's or get to the internet. Here is my config.
