All I want to do is open a port!

I inherited the support for a Cisco Pix 501 version 6.3(5) along with my new client. I am a newb when it comes to Cisco equipment. I do understand how to login and enable etc...

All I want to do is open 2 ports for any and all traffic in both directions. I don't want it restricted by IP. Any external IP should be able to send traffic through these ports. Any internal IP should be able to send traffic out of these ports.
