PDM Error Message

When I try to access the PDM of the Cisco VPN Router, I receive the error message that is shown in the screen capture. I have no idea how to fix it. This is the first Cisco device I have ever worked on, I know how to access the command window, and however I do not know any commands. With the answer, please include detailed instructions on the commands needed to rectify the problem. My boss also changed his ISP from Road Runner to Verizon, and I need to change the VPN from getting its IP from the ISP via DHCP to getting it by static IP. I have the static ip info, along with the ISP DNS and so on, but I do not know how or put it in the router. Guys, I would really appreciate your help, seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
