Remote Access VPN Issues

Evening Experts!!

I'm having problems with my remote access vpn tunnel, this is the remote access tunnel accessed when a user connects to my network using the Cisco VPN dialler.

My problem is remote users can not connect to resources behind the remote firewall...

i.e. site1 should be able to access site2 (10.10.20.0/24 & 192.168.20.0/24)
site2 should be able to access site1 (10.10.10.0/24 & 192.168.10.0/24)

unfortunatly this doesn't work over remote access vpn, however it does work via the site to site vpn tunnel i have setup between 12.12.12.27 & 62.62.62.27... So if a remote access user with an IP of 10.10.21.1 tried to access 10.10.10.1, they would not be able to connect, however they can connect to resources behind the firewall they are directly connected to.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be welcommed with open arms!!
