Configuring Pix 501 for VPN remote access

Hi all,
I have a CISCO pix 501 setup at the office to provide firewall and VPN. Internet connection is working fine from Office- > Pix -> Internet.

I have been through the VPN wizard to enable remote access. This appears to have been set fine, but when i connect from home using Cisco VPN client 4.6.04.0043, i can see that my virtual CISCO ethernet adapter recieves an ip address from the pool configured, but i cannot ping the inside interface of the pix, or any other computers on the remote LAN. I also cannot communicate with them using other methods (RDP, VNC etc).I cannot tracert to anything (gets nowhere), and the addition of the isakmp nat-traversal 300 command (as previously advised) stops me being able to connect to the VPN. The pix external interface is a public IP provided by my ISP

I have included my firewall config below with any company specific details, public IPS and passwords hashed out.
I have included my IP config output once connected to the VPN if that helps!!
