Just looking for documentations, recommendations for best practices regarding users working from home using an Avaya 4600 series VPN phone with the buit in Cisco VPN Client to successfully connect via an ipsec VPN tunnel to a Cisco ASA 5510 for voice ? We want the phones to be able to connect to a specific Avaya call server at the corporate location so that it assigns their office extension through their Avaya VPN phone at home. There will be a couple hundred employees possibly doing this from home.
