Keep in mind only Certain versions of the PIX can support 7 or higher.
6.3 is normally as High as you can go with most PIX hardware. This is due to the size of v7.

btw, those are just the instructions to upgrade based on your current version. Since you didn't specify what you had, I put both there.
Also, if you are wishing to go to v7 definitely spend the time learning the changes as there are a lot and depending on how you have your config, you may want to get your config updated to newer commands so they port better (e.g. replace conduits with acls if you still have those)
