For this command to work you will need a static map from the DMZ to the inside if the DMZ is on a lower security level.
Do you have a command similiar to
static (inside,dmz) <dmz ip> <inside ip> <inside ip subnet mask>
If not, then you will need to add this translation to the inside.
Also, you will need to apply the access-list to the interface using:
access-group DMZ_in in interface <name of the DMZ interface>
