Cisco PIX 506E configuration problem

I was playing around on my pix, because I was trying to allow a certain ip address to access the global ip of our email server, which is .252.  I wanted to do this because I didn't want full access for anyone to smtp to our exchange server, I changed it back to the way it was.  I still I can't ping or even telnet to the exchange server and the smtp gateway server, so email is not coming in.  I tried deleting the ACL I created and it didn't help.  The pix looks fine, I think it has something to do with reassigning the group to the outside interface.  Here is the config.  But,  I don't have an ACL ID number on the ones I changed so I don't know how to assign back to the interface, because there is no group number.  The ip's not working are the .254 , 252 , nor is .251 for ftp.  Need help real fast, 12:18am and I am tired trying to fix this.
