PIX 506E Configuration Question

I understand subnetting, what are the rules for the subnet masks for pix firewalls (506e). It looks like for the some interfaces I am using classless and some classfull, I don't know when to use which.

Example...

ip address outside 61.210.162.130 255.255.255.128 <---classless
ip address inside 10.185.10.11 255.255.255.0 <---classfull
access-list 102 permit ip 10.185.10.0 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0 <---classfull

and why does....

static (inside,outside) 61.210.162.252 10.185.10.6 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0 <---what do the zeros represent?
