Short answer - no.
Not with the 501.
With a 515 or higher running 7.x or higher, or with ASA 5500, you can run the firewall in L2 transparent mode. There are tradeoffs like no support for VPN in transparent mode, but you can use the public IP's directly on the end device as you wish.
However, you cannot do both at the same time with some hosts using dynamic nat for outbound and some hosts using transparent mode with their own public ip's.
