Problem connecting to XP Remote Desktop using Cisco VPN Client

I need to remotely work on a machine running XP Pro SP2. Remote Desktop is enabled is working fine inside the LAN. While  doing this I still need to access the local LAN remotely.

I am connecting remotely to a Cisco PIX 501 as the default gateway. The firewall has an static ip outside and DHCP enable inside.

Now, I am  using a remote PC, a laptop connected to dsl,  I connect to theCISCO PIX-501 using cisco VPN client 4.0.1 from my HOME and successfully connected through the TUNNEL to my office. I then try to connect remotely using Remote Desktop Protocol and I will be able to connect once but after I logg off and try to connect once again I am not able to connect again. I did configure my VPN CLIENT CONFIG IN THE PIX USING THE PIX DEVICE MANAGER to make sure I did not make mistakes. What is the reason that is blocking must of the time my rdp connections and sometimes I am able to connect. I tested RDP in 7 computers and I have the same result.
I configure MY ACCESS-LIST to allow RDP and  is configure to end on my WINDOWS SMALL BUSINESS SERVER.

how to configure this according to your solution?.

I did configure this way: My local network is 10.0.0.0 255.255.255.0

I connected perfectly but I noticed that if I make 2 connections at the same time using vpn client v4.1 with the same POOL NAME I will get disconected from 1 of the vpn client connections.

The other thing is that once I am connected through the tunnel to my OFFICE I remote desktop to one of the computers in my OFFICE, I log on SUCCESSFULY but I can not print any files to my home computer, I did enable printers in the RDP properties but I still can not print or see my printer.

                                                    Please advise.

The first configuration is wrong as the internal ip address is 10.0.0.1 not 192.168.2.1. I am giving you the right config down below. Can you please tell me if this ip pool and access list are fine as follows:
